- Are these real past papers?
- No. Every exercise is written by us to the published format of the exam — the same parts, the same number of questions, the same timing. Cambridge past papers are their copyright, and nothing here is endorsed by or affiliated with Cambridge.
- Is there a free English level test?
- Yes — a fifteen-minute test built from the real Reading & Use of English formats, with no account needed. The result is indicative and honest: it says B1 when you are B1, with a breakdown by format, the one format to drill first, and every answer explained.
- How closely do the exercises match the real exam?
- Each one follows the published format exactly — the same parts, question counts, word limits and timing — and our practice tests are independently verified. The one thing they are not is leaked or recycled Cambridge material.
- Do the Listening recordings play twice?
- Yes, exactly as in the real exam. The narrator, the pauses and the second play-through are all there, so the timing you practise with is the timing you will sit.
- Do I need a microphone for Speaking?
- No. You can speak your answer and watch the transcript appear as you talk, or type it instead and finish the same drill. Pronunciation is never scored either way.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. The whole site runs in your phone's browser — exercises, Listening with its recordings, Speaking with the live transcript, even full mock exams — with nothing to install. Your account is the same everywhere, so you can drill on the bus and sit the mock at a desk.
- Is my progress saved?
- Yes. Every attempt lands in your history with its marks, so you can see what you practised, how it was scored, and which parts still cost you points.
- Can I use it with my class?
- Yes — schools, language centres and tutors get one agreement that covers all their students. Ask for a quote on the schools page.
